The Home Economics class at LTAV taught by Ms Pam is located at the corner of Avenue M & 50th Street West, which is the new LTAV location. The official name of the class is Family and Consumer Science, also known as Home Ec which is what we will be calling it. The Home Ec class is all about cooking and what you can make. The classes are both for little and big kids on Wednesdays, the little kid class is 9 to 10:15 AM and the big kids are 10:15 to 11:30 AM.

In the Home Ec class Ms Pam and her students have made plenty of things. Ms Pam's favorite being the amazing cheese that they made. The Home Ec class has made a great deal of other things such as pumpkin spice bread, meringues and monkey bread. For the future of Home Ec, Ms Pam plans to do a cake decorating unit.
